VF Outdoor, a subsidiary of VF Corp, opened up shop at its new corporate headquarters in Alameda California. It is now the home of North Face, Jansport and Lucy. The 14-acre campus embodies the brands outdoor vibe and commitment to the environment. The move has now made VF one of the largest private sector employees in Alameda California. The location employs 470 staff.
